Just wondering

Do you think having something like this in your study, room, office would cheer you up? Why/why not?

  1. It may help but the thing is that we do not have time to look at it. We are too busy.

    1. I love your sense of humour, Daphne. It's so deadpan.

  2. Of course yes, why not? reading positive phrases or words sometimes help us change bad thoughts and have good energy. In my case I have in my room and in my house several paintings with words and phrases of that style, mostly in english.

    1. I'm happy they are in English, and even happier if they help you. I have this one in my study, next to my desk.

  3. I think it can help daily. I don´t have this at home but when I see something similar, I use to send it to my family by our family chat, but coming from me.. I am sure that most of the times my sons don´t pay attention to it.. or maybe yes!.. They never tell me anything at all when I do that!..

    1. I know what you mean. I'm almost sure my youngest son doesn't read anything I send him.

  4. I like this kind of phrases, but I thin if I had it at home, I wouldn't read it everyday, because I'd be used to see it... and it wouldn't surprise me at all

    1. I guess you are right. Sometimes I stop to look around at home and I enjoy realizing I'm surrounded by things I love.

    2. So am I, although sometimes I think it would be a good idea to have more free space, not to have all the shelves and libraries full or photographs and little things that I've brought from different trips... feng sui says that the less you have the better for you, the air circulates better, or something similar. But then I think where should I begin to throw away? ,and I stop thinking that way

  5. So do I, Marian. (you're referring to the 'enjoy' I used).
As for feng shui, even though I don't dismiss it, I think feeling happy and comfortable is more important.
Having said this, I can't stand clutter.

    1. That happens to everyone, tell me about it. Unfortunately, order is an obsession with me.
