I think that it's true; that always can help to improve our mood. It would be similar like being surrounded by positive people, that bring hapiness to our lifes, that make us feel better, and it is very recommended by psychologists if we are in a low or bad mood period of our lives. Something related to that (at least, it is related in a 'physical sense' according to me) could be this action I was taught at school: if there is cold weather and we say outloud "it is very hot now" a few times, meaning it, we will really feel less cold. Try it if you don't believe it!.
I do believe it, Cristina. I also believe we have to teach ourselves to be happy in any weather, circumstance... Of course, it's easier said than done.
