Why was India split into two countries?

  1. I find this video very interesting because I just arrived from Pakistan two days ago, last Sunday. I visited some of the regions and cities mentioned in the video like Lahore and Karachi.
It's very interesting and very sad to see how two similar countries (they were one) live with so much tension nowadays.
If you want to have your Visa for Pakistan granted you can not say that you are traveling to Kashmere. When are they going to solve this problem? In my opinion, never.

  3. You're right, history explains that human nature make us fight, from the ancient Greeks, to nowadays, when there is the possibility of a new European war... I hope it doesn't happen, but it seems probable, we'll cross fingers. India is a country I would like to visit, perhaps in the future... my daughter went there years ago and told me that despite they're poor, they' seem very happy and always smile and are kind to tourists.
