It is a Ouija, also known as a spirit board or talking board, it helps to practice seance, an spiritual meeting or a session in which several people try to communicate with the other side.

It is a seance where you can talk with a person dead. I don't like!!!!!

I mean, 'the other side' is a term used to talk about the other spiritual or ethereal dimension where supposedely dead people live. People often use the talking board to attempt communication with spirits or entities from this dimension. Being honest, this issue is not my cup of tea, I've also never tried. Let the dead rest in peace.
