As for the spelling question, you might see Keltic as the name of a bar, for example, the same way we write Vallekas, but the correct spelling is with C. Regarding the pronunciation, you say /Seltic/ for everything except when talking about football. Then you pronounce it /Keltic/. I hope this helps.
