From my point of view, Joakim's English is perfectly understandable. It's clear that despite not being native speaker, he is able to speak fluently the language, like most other North European people. I'm not quite sure, but I think that the Scandinavian share the same abilities, do you agree with me? Regarding the second question, I'll wait any answer from my classmates.
Hi Carlos, Yes, I do agree with you. I also think people from Eastern Europe are very good at languages. Joakim's English is impeccable. He might have a bit of an accent, but he's fluent, natural, his vocabulary is great and so is his intonation.
