Can you explain the meaning of to skip and to binge?

  1. Skip a meal means that you save or refuse to eat a meal because you are going on a diet or anything else. To binge is when you compulsively eat something just for pleasure or because of gluttony.
    What's wrong with taking from time to time a sometimes food? While you don't binge or suffer from diabetes, indulge your whim!

    Just a few corrections:
    Skipping a meal means that you (save or) refuse to eat a meal because you are going on a diet or SOMETHING LIKE THAT. To binge is when you compulsively eat something just for pleasure or because of gluttony.
    What's wrong with HAVING a sometimes food FROM TIME TO TIME? While you don't binge or suffer from diabetes, indulge your whim!
